Step 1 - Go to Locations Tab

After signing up, you will want to head to the locations tab on the right sidebar immediately:



Step 2 - Add Location

Next you will want to select "+Company Location"

And add a new company location. Be sure to fill in the Name of the Location (such as Store #123 OR East Cobb Location). Then add the full address, area code you want to use, and the survey ID. If you do not have a survey ID, please send us a chat to get you setup.

Once you add the new location, you will see the full phone number added to the location. Be sure to add all of your locations to maximize customer satisfaction for your brand.
