In the comments tab, many different filters can be utilized. Each section offers multiple options:

  • Conversations - Can select Open, Resolved, or Opt Out

  • General Sentiment - Can select Positive, Neutral, or Negative sentiment from comments

  • Trending Keywords - Benchmark intelligence identifies and shows relevant keywords to be able to filter on

  • Location - Can select any active location
