How do I filter conversations?

In the conversation tab, you can filter on a variety of fields:

  • Assignee - filters based on who a conversation was assigned to

  • Status - Resolved, Unresolved, and Opt Out

  • Sentiment - Positive, Neutral, or Negative sentiment

  • Location - Select which location from your company that you would like to view

  • Date - select the specific date range you would like
